Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Roasted By Mom Coffee is roasted to order, order processing and shipping is between 2-5 business days.

Shipping: We ship your package within the same day or the next business day. All shipments go out Monday-Friday. We will be closed for major holidays and any orders made before or during the holiday will be shipped the next business day. Delays in shipping can happen due to weather, or logistical delays by the carrier.

We default to USPS to give the most economical delivery domestically and internationally. Shipments being sent to PO Boxes will be shipped automatically using USPS.

UPS and FedEx is also available for optimal shipping with tracking with options like Ground, 3-day select, 2-day select, and overnight services
