Mom's Mission Empowering Women, Fighting Hunger
70% of the labor workforce is made up of women who work tirelessly to go out into the fields to harvest our coffees that we consume on a daily basis. Women contribute to cleaning, management activities, and are heavily involved in coffee harvesting.
Roasted By Mom recognizes the hard work that these women do for the production of our coffees. That is why we have teamed up with non-profit organizations that help support the efforts of Gender-Equality and Access for Women's Health throughout various Coffee Growing Regions.
To pledge our support, Roasted By Mom makes a monthly donation towards non-profits like Food4Famers and Grounds For Health from our sales as part of our commitment to a better quality of life for the people who grow the coffee we love.Â
We don’t just believe in great coffee, we believe in making an impact. For every bag of coffee you purchase, $1 goes directly to organizations supporting women and their families in coffee-growing communities.
Food4Farmers
Most of the world’s coffee-farming families are food-insecure because coffee income is not enough to provide healthy food year-round.
Food 4 Farmers works with coffee cooperatives in Latin America to address the root causes of food insecurity & build community-led solutions.
We’re a proud supporter of Food 4 Farmers & encourage you to learn more on their website
Grounds For Health
