Ever wondered how coffee transforms from green beans to the rich, aromatic roast in your cup? In this hands-on roasting class, you’ll step behind the roaster, learn the science of roasting, and take home your own freshly roasted coffee.

Using our 12kg and 20kg roasters, you'll work in small groups to roast coffee in real-time, track roast curves, and experience how different roast levels impact flavor. Whether you're a coffee enthusiast, a home roaster looking to refine your skills, or just curious about the process, this class is designed to be fun, educational, and packed with great coffee.

Community Rate – $85

Covers the true cost of the class, including materials, labor, and expertise. If this fits within your means, we encourage you to choose this rate.
